In burst enthusiasm around the world, there opens a battle tournament “Watch Car Battle League (WBL)”. Soon this battle sport using Watch-Car gains world-wide fame. “Twelve Masters” of the game shall compete each other and win over Black Czar “Kai” the last year’s champion to become a winner.
