Carrie's participation in the KOCCA Korean Animation Support Programs

KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency) is a South Korean government agency affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism that is responsible for cultural content management. From 2022 to 2024 the agency selected Carrie content for various local animation support projects on several occasions.

In 2022 projects dedicated to Carrie and her friends were selected for the Metaverse Content Production Support program and the Animation Production Support program.

In 2023 the music project “Carrie and Friends” was selected for the Content IP Licensing Support program.

Finally, in 2024 the animated series “Carrie and Superkola. The School” was selected for the Animation Production Support program.

The character Carrie is one of the most popular animated characters in South Korea. In 2017 Carrie received the Presidential Award in the Character Category at the Korea Content Awards.
